"Quick support, just a tiny miss"
Support got back to me quickly and kept me in the loop the whole time. They were basically like, “We’re checking on it now” and “Thanks for your patience, we’ll update you soon,” which I appreciated. Only downside was they missed one small detail, but overall it was a solid experience.

"Clean bathroom, thankfully"
We stayed through Brett Robinson, and I’ll say the bathroom was actually better than I expected. The shower pressure was good, the towels were fresh, and everything looked clean when we arrived, which shouldn’t feel like a pleasant surprise, but here we are. No weird smells or gross old grout like I’ve dealt with at other beach places. It’s a simple thing, but it made the stay a lot more comfortable. I’d book again

"I had to cancel at the last..."
I had to cancel at the last minute and expected it to be a whole thing, like waiting forever, sending multiple emails, explaining myself over and over, or getting stuck in some confusing refund process. But nope, the refund was handled quickly and without any hassle. It was simple, clear, and way less stressful than I thought it would be. Really appreciated that, especially when plans already had to change unexpectedly...

"Smooth checkout"
Checking out was really easy and I didn’t run into any issues. After placing the order, I got the confirmation email and receipt right away, so everything felt straightforward.

"Mostly fine, but the floors kind of ruined it for me"
The place was mostly clean, so I don’t want to act like it was a total disaster, but the floors felt gritty and I could not stop thinking about it. Like, why am I walking around feeling tiny crumbs or sand or whatever under my feet? The bathroom was okay too, but the corners definitely needed more attention. Not the worst experience ever, but I was expecting better. Overall, it was just okay.

"Great Location, Easy Trip"
Stayed with Brett Robinson my snap judgment was that the location was the best thing about it. We were close to the beach, restaurants, and stores whenever we needed something. It was nice not having to drive all over the place for every little thing. Definitely made the whole trip feel a lot easier.

"Super comfy beds"
I stayed at a Brett Robinson condo the bed was way more comfortable than I expected. I actually slept well every night, which is not always the case for me when I’m traveling, if that makes sense.
The pillows were nice too, and the mattress didn’t feel old, too firm, or worn down. It’s a simple thing, but having a comfy bed really made the whole trip better for me.

"Nice Pool Area, Surprisingly No Chair Drama"
We actually really liked the pool area. It was clean, not packed with people, and somehow we were able to get chairs without having to play the usual vacation guessing game. The kids basically lived in the pool most of the trip, so clearly they approved. it was nice to have one part of the stay that didn’t require extra effort

"Decent stay, but parking was a hassle"
Our stay was fine overall, nothing major to complain about, but the parking situation was kind of hit or miss because the lot filled up quickly at night and we ended up circling around a few times, which wasn’t the end of the world but definitely got annoying when we were coming back late and still had bags to carry in.

The place was clean enough, so no real complaints there, but the furniture felt worn out?? Like it’s definitely seen better days. Not a terrible stay, just felt like it could use a refresh...

"Elevators Were Actually Reliable"
Stayed at one of their beach condos, the elevators were surprisingly dependable. I never had to wait too long, didn’t deal with random stops, and never saw any out-of-order signs. It’s a small thing, but it really made the trip easier, kind of makes you wonder why some other places can’t manage the same.

"Got sorted eventually, but a bit stressful"
I ran into an issue with my booking and had to call a couple of times before it was finally fixed. To be fair, the staff did get it sorted in the end, and I do appreciate that. It just felt like the whole process was more stressful than it really needed to be.

"Decent for Finding a Beach Condo, Just a Bit Clunky"
I used brett-robinson while looking for a beach condo, it did the job fine overall. The search filters were helpful, which I appreciated because I didn’t want to scroll forever, but the site itself felt a little dated, like it could use a refresh. Some pages loaded slower than I expected, and I kept having to click around to find certain details, which got a little annoying after a while. The photos and prices were easy enough to spot though, so that part was good. Not a bad experience, really, just one of those sites where you think, okay this works, but it could definitely be smoother.

It was a nice enough place and the staff was friendly, but it doesn’t really feel worth the money. The rooms was okay, just not anything special for what they charge.

"Nice Location, But More Hassle Than Expected"
The condo itself was nice enough and the location was great, which helped a lot. But check-in felt slow, and there were a few things that needed fixing once we got there. It wasn’t terrible, but it did feel like we had to deal with extra stuff that should’ve already been taken care of. Overall, not bad, just kind of average

The pans were definitely old, though they were still usable. I can’t remember if I noticed it right away or after cooking once or twice, but they got the job done well enough.

Booked on brett-robinson.com and appreciated how clear the pricing was right away. No guessing, no waiting until checkout to see the real total.
Fees and taxes were laid out plainly, so I knew what I was paying for. Made booking feel easier and less annoying. I’d use it again.

Booking through brett-robinson.com was easy. I found the condo I wanted, checked the dates, and got everything paid for without any weird glitches or confusion. My confirmation came through really fast too, so yeah, all good from my side.

"Easy Check-In Overall"
Check-in with Brett Robinson was smooth for us. We got the details we needed before we arrived, and the room code worked without any trouble, so we didn’t have to wait around at a front desk. One email did feel a little packed with info, and from the tone I kind of assumed the parking was more complicated than it ended up being, so I had to go back and double-check that part. Other than that, everything went fine and we didn’t really have any issues.
